We do ask that you come in with your child to complete the initial check-in process but you are not required to stay. We also ask that you come in at the end of the course to check out your child. If you wish for your child to walk or leave on their own accord please indicate that on the registration form and agree to the waiver. Please also provide a signed note when checking in.

We will not be providing snacks for this course, we ask that students bring snacks as there are breaks throughout the course.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

We want to ensure everyone has any and all details they need for the day of the course and we know there will be questions asked that we hadn't thought of. If you have a question please contact The Opportunity Project directly at (709) 200 2124 at any time.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes of course. There will be a link in your order confirmation that will allow you to do so.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We will need to see your ticket and scan the QR Code for check-in, but we do ask you simply have the ticket open on your phone. We do our best to be as environmentally friendly as possible and using digital tickets is a great way to keep our impact down!

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately due to the cost of offering these programs we are unable to offer refunds for personal cancellations. If for some reason the course has to be cancelled due to COVID-19 or other issues on our end we will issue a full refund.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

The name of the attendee must be the child's name who is attending the course. We are unable to accept any check in's that do not display the name of the child attending. The "buyer" name should be the parent or guardian's name who is registering the child. If you make a mistake you are able to make the adjustment by editing your registration via your order confirmation.
