TOP Readiness
TOP Readiness is a 25-week program developed to prepare youth for the future by providing 5 weeks of employment readiness training, and 20 weeks of quality work experience with a local business or organization.

Eligibility
-
between the ages of 15 and 30 (inclusive) at the time of intake/selection
-
Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or persons who have been granted refugee status in Canada
-
legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial/territorial legislation and regulations
-
in need of assistance to overcome employment barriers
Wages
Training: 24 hr/week for 5 weeks at $13/hr (stipend)​

Work placement: 35 hr/week for 20 weeks at $13/hr
​
